How to Make a Felt Crocodile?

With felt, pleasant works can be created. For felt crocodile stitch, felts and sewing tools in the required colors are sufficient.

After preparing the materials, cut the parts in the felt crocodile pattern. You can cut and prepare the pieces in length and width according to your taste, but it is essential for use that they are thick enough. After preparing the main part, proceed to the preparation of the parts needed for the crocodile figure.

You can get help from stiff cardboard to cut the felt properly at this stage. First, draw and cut the parts of the crocodile figure on cardboard. Then put pieces of cardboard on the felts of the appropriate color and draw.

Cut these pieces out with a small pair of scissors. Sew the pieces appropriately onto the main component to give the pattern. In a short time, you already have an adorable crocodile.

  1. Print the felt crocodile pattern on the printer.
  2. Place the felt crocodile pattern on the felt you will use and cut the felts into pieces according to the pattern.
  3. First, stitch the front of the crocodile figure for the mouth, nose, and eyes.
  4. Then sew the spots on the front of the crocodile figure again and complete the figure.
  5. Afterward, combine the front and back of the crocodile figure and sew from the edges.
  6. However, leave enough space to insert the filling material before completing the sewing.
  7. Fill the gap you left with enough filling material and sew it closed.
  8. And now you have a cute felt crocodile 😊

You can make a brooch by attaching clips to your felt alligator. Similarly, you can make a key chain by sewing a string or chain on end. The rest is up to your imagination 😊
